Human cannot live alone without neighbors. Human will rely on each other as well as body, place, foods, clothes, and medicine. Those of it’s should depend on the other including thinking, knowledge which keep it from the experience. That is a prosperous of knowledge to develop next

The rhythm of the heart keeping the mind in calm, relaxed, steady state leads to a happy full, peaceful time – a strategy for a perfect life.

             Steady mind can focus on matters, bring concentration to create, modify and motivate, helps to raise awareness to perceive surroundings and yet, never gets tired. This is a state of mind that stays in the present, keeps updating all the information through senses, and insight that enables it to distinguish good and bad. We should develop such a life, instead of getting anxious, restless - why not let it be happy in its own way.

              The body needs movement to keep going, keep living, and to get better and healthier-especially to keep inner organs strong and the outer body looking young fresh. While the mind plans, the body works as the mind’s tool, so the body must need to be in fit condition to serve and follow as a useful tool.

Of course, the human in unique being with the balance of mental and physical facilities, beautifully constructed by nature just as other beings are in their own way. Then again, humans process the abilities to invent, develop and preserve.

            There are differences in touch, smell, appearance which we also need to accept, share and exchange to have colorful surrounding, dimensional understanding and various tastes. These are part of our beautiful planet: small – big, dark-bright, more- less, or even the absolute opposite.

            But these are the reasons; these elements make possible our planet so rich. These are the differences which make us desire to longer, discover deeper and understand wider, so that we can create an insight for deeper and higher self knowledge.

            Lack of insight and awareness leads the mind to blindness, shallowness which leads to negativeness and hatred: destroying humanity and our own happiness. However, goodness cannot be fully destroyed; it will wait and return.

            Awareness is the only way to define and walk through the middle path at all times. The person, whose life is liveliness, is the one who can understand self and others in the world, and also knows how to respect, how to enjoy the poetry of life and to smile.

            I make it fun and easy for children to learn to art .Today, few arts are available in this land and they rarely reach the villagers where most people live. Most children, especially in the countryside

 

  I working to create lasting change in the lives of disadvantage children, blind children, however, I committed to imagine a hopeful future for children. The ability to make art is crucial to getting ahead in life. It’s the key to a good job and a decent life. Every child is a reservoir of potential. Arts propels children and adults toward attainment, opportunity and enrichment.

                     

As time passes,   the feeling towards some places and things have gradually changed. Time leads me to the fantasies and past memories.  The spring of youth. The pain from someone’s departure. The loneliness at dusk. Or…The Questions that have never been answered. At several  times, the recollection of these creates the tranquility in my mind . Deeply insight.  I see myself living in cycle.

Rice is  Life

           If Vincent van gogh had chosen Thailand and Laos ( The southeast asia  landscape is dominated by rice paddies  ) as his home in stead of Auvers-sur-Oise, france perhaps he would have stayed a while in he can enjoy a rustic jungle and villagers life.

           Rice was legacy of ancestor in Thailand and Laos  farmer  and the land is a  marvelous  and beautiful place  But  Farmers who work the party on this planet.

             I have always been inspired by people who work hard, such as these workers in rice plantation that I have observed many times. One season of harvest, I happened to drop by an open field of rice as the workers were busy loading their harvest to a truck. It was late in the afternoon, the sky was gray, but the sunlight hit the workers like a spotlight in a stage play. The workers tie their bundles ear of rice with rice leaves instead of ropes. They are really good at doing this and the leaves are strong, but sometime this rope of rice will cut their hands.

A TREE  IN A FOREST

             

       I am like a tree in a forest, full of leaves, blossoms and fruit. 

Birds come to eat and nest and animals seek rest in its shade.

       Yet the tree does not know itself. 

It follows its own nature. It is as it is.

              A child is supposed to be growing up protected from the world.

 They should be playing and learning. If your life is interrupted so fundamentally, you are denied the basics needed to grow up healthy

           The mountainous northern region of Thailand and Laos plenty to its charming

            Northern Thailand and Laos  is local to interesting and colourful ethnic minorities, known as the hill tribes. These add an important element to  numerous villages.

             Most of the hill tribes have migrated into the region during the past 100 years from the Asian interior and have largely preserved their traditional ways, making them a fascinating cultural study. They prefer living above 1,000m, and shy away from the outside world.
