A TREE  IN A FOREST

             

       I am like a tree in a forest, full of leaves, blossoms and fruit. 

Birds come to eat and nest and animals seek rest in its shade.

       Yet the tree does not know itself. 

It follows its own nature. It is as it is.

              A child is supposed to be growing up protected from the world.

 They should be playing and learning. If your life is interrupted so fundamentally, you are denied the basics needed to grow up healthy

                At the heart of our program

 is the belief that education,

 knowledge and opportunity are the

 antidotes to poverty. Supporting

 children living on rubbish dumps through the use of film raise 

awareness of the unacceptable hardships these children face.

WHAT DO I DO

                  I teach ( free tutoring ) 

art for children between the ages of

 4 – 18 years old by providing non-

formal education in variety of arts 

and cultural subjects not covered in the regular school system.
